Background

RiskLink.org was founded by Jeff Zych in 2016, grounded by a vision to address a pressing societal need around insurance education, mentoring and leadership development.  Our founder has always strived to give back to the insurance industry and society in general, hoping to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who benefit from our giving. Inspired by the desire to uplift communities and create lasting positive change, RiskLink.org is on a journey to mobilize our resources and champion causes which empower the next generation through educational programs, teaming experiences and investments in tomorrow we believe in.  Our heartfelt mission is to prepare the next generation for a business world that is rapidly changing and to teach future leaders to be empathetic while laying the foundation for a brighter, more inclusive future for all.

Accomplishments

Through the collective efforts of volunteers, donors, and supporters, RiskLink.org has not only raised vital funds to support our mission, but we have also ignited a powerful ripple effect of positive impact across the groups and causes we support. Whether we are funding insurance education sessions, leadership development programs at universities, exposing youth of all ages to new and exciting teaming events, or giving time and money to expand the services provided to neurodivergent people of all ages, RiskLink.org is making a difference across society in any way we can.  We are transforming lives, developing future leaders and uplifting the most vulnerable among us, proving that when hearts unite for a noble cause, there are no limits to the positive change we can achieve.
